In fact, we rely on the subcontractor and supplier business community for substantial portions of our projects as generally 75-85% of a project is subcontracted. We have developed subcontractor and supplier relationships in the Pacific Northwest, throughout the Western Region and beyond.

We are focused on contributing to the local economies and endeavor to utilize firms in these locales to the maximum extent possible. We have a solid track record of seeking bids from small and diverse businesses, including women, minority owned firms, and firms that have been traditionally disadvantaged or historically underutilized.

In addition to the traditional bid process, we partner with subcontractors for Design-Build and negotiated projects. In all cases, firms are pre-qualified prior to subcontract commitment. We encourage all those interested in working with Lydig to complete the Subcontractor Qualification form for submission.
