Franklin County Justice Center
The Franklin County Justice Center includes a 56k SF addition and major renovations to the existing space increasing the total capacity to 334 beds.
Energy costs for operating both buildings will be the same as operating the old jail. The addition includes new holding rooms, new kitchen, courtrooms and sheriff’s office adjacent to and connected to the existing jail facility. This project is adjacent to the Franklin County Courthouse Historical remodel, also completed by Lydig.
