Sequim Civic Center & Police Station

A 35,000 SF replacement City Hall and Police Station combining civic, public safety, and community functions in a single LEED® Gold–certified facility.
This Design‑Build project delivered a two‑story structural steel facility that consolidates city administration, public safety, and community services into a single campus. Interior spaces support council chambers, administration and finance, police headquarters, public works, community development, information technology, and associated support offices. The scope also included installation of an emergency generator, building security and AV systems, and a secure vehicle sally port gate system. In coordination with the City of Sequim, the project incorporated a community plaza featuring open gathering space and a totem pole donated by the Jamestown S’Klallam tribe.
