Lydig built this new two-story structural steel building which replaces existing facilities with 35,000 sf facility of programming spaces for council chambers, administration/finance, public works, community development, and IT. Lydig worked with the City of Sequim to design a community plaza featuring an open space and a totem pole donated by the Jamestown S’Klallam tribe.
