Marysville Civic Center
The new civic center streamlines municipal operations through a centralized, efficient campus designed for public service and long‑term growth.
The Marysville Civic Center consolidates key municipal services into a single, modern, energy‑efficient campus designed to serve a growing community. The campus is composed of three interconnected buildings: a 43,130 SF police and courts facility, a 20,848 SF jail with 48 cells and capacity for 96 inmates, and a four-story, 37,239 SF city hall building completed as a shelled structure for future build-out. Together, the facilities house city administration, police services, municipal court, city council chambers, community development, and public works engineering. Clerestory windows and skylights introduce abundant natural light, enhancing employee wellness and creating an inviting civic presence in Marysville’s downtown core. Lydig later completed the interior build‑out of the city hall building.
