Avista Stadium Improvements
Improvements include new training and maintenance facilities, clubhouse renovations, field upgrades, and enhanced stadium infrastructure.
Lydig is self‑performing the structural scope of work for the Avista Stadium Improvements project, including concrete and concrete masonry construction, structural and miscellaneous steel erection, rough carpentry and structural wood framing, foundation insulation, and asphalt paving. This work supports multiple building and infrastructure upgrades within an operating stadium environment.
The Design‑Bid‑Build project renovates the existing Avista Stadium to meet updated Major League Baseball standards. Improvements include upgraded player clubhouses, a new batting cage and workout facility, construction of a maintenance building, field renovations, replacement of dugouts, and upgrades to scoreboards, lighting, and other stadium amenities.
