The project blended premium hospitality improvements with new lighting technology to elevate concerts and sporting events.
This renovation refreshed premium and behind‑the‑scenes spaces while adding a dynamic, event‑ready lighting feature to the arena bowl. The scope included moderate upgrades to all 17 VIP suites and a full rebuild of the Lexus Club, featuring a new bar and expanded restrooms. A fully controllable, color‑changing LED lighting system was added around the arena bowl, introducing new visual flexibility for concerts and sporting events. Team locker rooms and performer green rooms were also renovated for the first time since the arena opened, with updated finishes, plumbing, partitions, and lighting that modernized these essential support spaces.
