McKinstry Fabrication Facility & Warehouse

The McKinstry Fabrication Facility and Warehouse is a 68,000 SF fabrication space operated by McKinstry and Overcast Innovations, purpose-built to support the prefabrication of sheet metal, piping, plumbing materials, and integrated building systems. Designed with safety and multi‑trade efficiency as priorities, the facility features flexible assembly areas, extended staging space, and an optimized workflow to improve productivity and jobsite coordination. Production capabilities were enhanced with specialized equipment, including a fiber laser for galvanized materials and a mist system to reduce cleanup during pipe cutting. The all‑electric facility supports McKinstry’s Zero‑Carbon Future initiative and includes EV infrastructure to accommodate a future electric fleet.
