A thoughtfully designed, modern tribal government hub uniting 50+ departments within a spacious, collaborative facility with shared amenities.
The Colville Tribal Government Center in Nespelem, WA, is a 160,000 SF facility serving more than 50 tribal departments, organized into two wings connected by a three-story atrium and featuring offices, meeting spaces, collaboration areas, a café, fitness facilities, and support spaces. Its remote location required proactive planning, including workforce coordination with tribal partners, enhanced communication systems due to limited connectivity, and early procurement with tightly managed deliveries to address long travel distances, lack of local suppliers, and transportation restrictions.
