Rocky Reach Discovery Center

The Rocky Reach Discovery Center, a place for year-round, interactive education includes exhibits which share the history of the region and significance of the river and what it provides.
Project exhibits include a tribute to the first people of the Columbia river, large-scale models of salmon, the history of the hydroelectric power on the Columbia river and educational exhibits on detailed workings of the dam.

The building also includes a café, with floor to ceiling windows featuring views of the Columbia River. The outdoor plaza has a canopy covered viewing platform. A small theater was also constructed, along with meeting and office space.
