Northern Quest Resort & Casino - Phase 1A

Lydig completed a 50,000 SF expansion at Northern Quest Casino, adding new entertainment, dining, retail, and gaming venues that elevate the overall guest experience.

The expansion introduced a new lobby and a second‑floor indoor‑outdoor gathering venue, setting the stage for a series of upgrades across the resort. New attractions include Kids Quest, an engaging childcare and play center for ages six weeks to 12 years, and Cyber Quest, a family‑friendly arcade offering 70 non‑violent games. The project also added Windfall, a specialty retail store featuring outdoor gear, home goods, and gifts with exclusive benefits for Camas Rewards members. The Legends of Fire cigar bar was expanded with a second‑level outdoor patio overlooking the Grand Plaza, while the food court grew with two new fast‑casual dining options. EPIC also gained an outdoor seating area equipped with fireplaces, mood lighting, and all‑weather features to elevate year‑round dining.

Additional improvements included a complete remodel of the non‑smoking gaming area with new slot machines, table games, and a poker room, as well as upgrades to the Center Bar’s cooler, beverage systems, and storage. Site work added 625 parking stalls, 1,300 feet of new public roadway and bike paths along Kalispel Way, and extensive plaza enhancements with water features and gathering spaces. With more than 13 construction and renovation zones active at once, Lydig coordinated closely with internal casino and resort departments to maintain access, minimize disruptions, and ensure a positive guest experience throughout the project.
