The Wildhorse Resort & Casino project involved tenant improvements across three key spaces: a new gift shop, relocating the existing deli into the former gift shop space, and creating a new bar/lounge in the old deli location. All construction occurred within occupied, high‑traffic areas that spanned the lobby and gaming floor, requiring detailed coordination with casino operations to maintain guest access and ensure safe, uninterrupted activity throughout the renovation.
