The Lodge at St. Edward State Park is a preservation‑driven adaptive reuse of the historic St. Edward Seminary in Kenmore, WA. Guided by Daniels Real Estate, Ron Wright & Associates, and Lydig Construction, the 75,000 SF landmark was restored and reimagined as a destination lodge and public amenity within a 326‑acre forested park. Once listed among Washington’s most endangered historic properties, the building is now recognized on both the National Register of Historic Places and the Washington Heritage Register and was carefully rehabilitated to retain its Romanesque Revival exterior and Art Deco interiors. Completed in 2021, the project reintroduced a long‑vacant structure for public enjoyment through a long‑term partnership with Washington State Parks.
