Northern Quest Resort & Casino - River Tower Hotel

The new hotel wing extends the resort to the west of the existing tower and will be connected by an enclosed skywalk featuring a Thomas Hammer coffee kiosk, a gas fireplace, and guest seating. Designed as five interconnected buildings inspired by an Indian fish weir, the project reflects cultural storytelling while integrating seamlessly into the resort campus. Construction included a Type I podium structure topped with five stories of prefabricated Type V wood‑framed wall panels, allowing for faster installation, improved precision, and a more efficient overall building process.
