Three Rivers Convention Center

The Three Rivers Convention Center is a 74,000 SF facility delivered using the Design‑Build delivery model to provide a flexible venue for community, regional, and statewide events. The center includes a Great Hall, seven meeting rooms, a lobby, a kitchen, and supporting spaces designed to host conventions, trade and consumer shows, corporate meetings, training seminars, and social and cultural gatherings. Inspired by the natural beauty and character of the region it serves, the project creates a welcoming civic destination and was recognized with a Special Mention at the Spokane Regional AIA Design Awards.
