Seasons at Sandpoint

The Seasons at Sandpoint project included the first four phases of a waterfront resort development along the shores of Lake Pend Oreille in Sandpoint, ID. Early work encompassed the Clubhouse, a 30‑unit condominium building, marina, utilities, and site development, with Lydig providing preconstruction services focused on value engineering, bid packaging, scheduling, and cost estimating for the overall development. The three‑story, wood‑framed Clubhouse features resort amenities including a fitness center, spa, lockers, community and dining spaces, kitchen, administrative offices, and a lakeside pool and hot tub area, all finished with high‑end woodwork and detailing. The condominium component consists of two four‑story wood‑frame buildings over a shared post‑tensioned concrete podium with underground parking, offering upgraded residential finishes and flexible unit configurations tailored to owner preferences.
