The Costco in Billings, MT, delivered a new 177,291 SF warehouse with an integrated Member Delivery Operations (MDO) space and an on-site fuel station. The scope included foundations, slabs, steel erection, full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with site concrete, paving, and landscaping. The Billings location was the third Costco to incorporate an MDO, adding approximately 7,000 SF and a second loading dock to support efficient handling of large and bulky merchandise.
