The new 182,000 SF Costco warehouse and fuel station in Richland, WA, was constructed on a 29.5-acre site and included full site development, utility installation, off-site parcel improvements, and more than 1,000 parking spaces with EV charging stations. The facility features a pre-engineered metal structure with insulated metal wall and roof panels, along with a 20,000 SF Member Distribution Operations (MDO) space that enhances logistics and fulfillment capabilities. The project is also the first new Costco warehouse in Washington State to incorporate a solar power system, supporting Costco’s Climate Action Plan and long-term sustainability goals.
