Costco - St. George, UT
With a relationship spanning more than 30 years, Lydig has completed over 60 Costco projects, including new warehouses, distribution centers, renovations, and expansions across the U.S. and Canada. We have built our longstanding relationship on trust and our ability to meet Costco's 110-day schedule from groundbreaking to completion.
This project delivered the second Costco location in St. George and the 15th in Utah, featuring a 160,125 SF warehouse and 16‑pump fuel facility on a 17.85‑acre site. The development included 795 parking stalls, full site utilities and landscaping, and adjacent off-site improvements such as new sewer and water infrastructure, sidewalks, and streetscape work. The warehouse was constructed with concrete foundations, CMU walls, a pre‑engineered metal building, and complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
