With a relationship spanning more than 30 years, Lydig has completed over 60 Costco projects, including new warehouses, distribution centers, renovations, and expansions across the U.S. and Canada. We have built our longstanding relationship on trust and our ability to meet Costco's 110-day schedule from groundbreaking to completion.
The project included the construction of a 180,000 SF warehouse featuring concrete foundations, a pre-engineered metal building, interior metal stud framing with drywall, doors and hardware, finishes, and complete electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and owner-furnished/contractor-installed systems.
Phase One consisted of site clearing and grubbing, mass grading, and installation of storm, water, fire line, and sewer utilities, including off-site utility extensions to within five feet of the future warehouse. Phase Two included construction of the on-site parking lot with site concrete, utilities, asphalt paving, and landscaping, as well as off-site street improvements with full civil, paving, and landscaping work.
