The new North Spokane Costco along US‑2 near Farwell features a 167,000 SF warehouse, 802 parking stalls, a 5‑by‑3 fuel station, and a new two-lane roundabout on Newport Highway. The project included complete sitework and building construction — earthwork, utilities, site concrete, asphalt, landscaping, building concrete, CMU foundation walls, a pre‑engineered metal building, interior metal framing and drywall, and full electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems.
