Emsi’s new headquarters delivers a modern, collaborative workplace that supports a growing data‑driven technology company within Moscow’s downtown core.
Emsi, one of North Idaho’s largest technology employers, expanded its presence in downtown Moscow with a new four‑story, 70,000 SF headquarters designed to support continued growth and collaboration. Located on a 3.7‑acre campus at the north end of downtown, the building supports more than 500 employees and includes a mix of office, conference, and breakout spaces on the upper floors, with a gym, kitchen, training areas, and meeting spaces on the ground level. The ground-up office building features a curtain wall and brick veneer façade and was delivered on an accelerated schedule using a multi-package construction document approach, allowing early construction to begin before final interior design was complete.
