The 161,000 SF warehouse in Spring Valley, NV, was developed on a 23-acre site at Buffalo Drive and Badura Avenue. The project included comprehensive site development with earthwork, grading, utilities, stormwater systems, and infrastructure tie-ins, as well as construction of the core warehouse, tire center, and on-site fuel station. Throughout construction, the team coordinated closely with local agencies and trade partners to manage permitting, long-lead procurement, and infrastructure demands. The development also incorporated hundreds of parking stalls, traffic and pedestrian accommodations, and extensive civil improvements to support Costco’s operational needs and the surrounding community.
