The Costco in Riverton, UT, is a 161,243 SF sales warehouse built on a 19-acre site, featuring extensive new utility infrastructure, a landscaped parking lot with 829 stalls, and an on-site fuel station. The warehouse includes a full-service sales floor, specialty departments, offices, and a tire center and was constructed with new foundations, a pre-engineered steel structure, masonry, interior framing, and complete fire protection, refrigeration, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
