The Costco in Logan, UT, is a new 160,000 SF warehouse with full site development. The retail facility included a pharmacy, an optical department, a bakery, refrigeration and freezer areas, fresh food and deli preparation spaces, and an automotive tire center. The scope of work encompassed earthwork, utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving, and landscaping, along with building concrete, a pre‑engineered metal structure, interior framing and finishes, and complete electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems.
