Dugmore Hall delivers a modern, community‑focused residential experience, combining high‑density student housing with supportive amenities that strengthen campus life.
Dugmore Hall at Central Washington University is a 102,000 SF residential community built using the Progressive Design‑Build delivery model to support growing enrollment and bring students together in a more connected living environment. The three‑ and four‑story, wood‑framed building includes three residence wings with 402 beds in a mix of single, double, and suite‑style rooms, organized to create smaller, community‑focused neighborhoods. Each floor features shared bathrooms, study rooms, and lounges that encourage students to gather, study, and socialize, while integrated student services, parking, secure bike storage, landscaping, and outdoor gathering spaces add to the overall residential experience. A separate 6,000 SF dining facility next door offers convenient food options with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the project was completed on an accelerated design and construction schedule.
