A multi-level research laboratory building which has 130,000 gross SF specifically designed for dedicated research in the biotechnology field.
The five-level cast-in-place structure, plus a penthouse, houses research laboratories, core labs, lab support spaces, a vivarium, conference rooms and office space was a GC/CM project. Specialized systems include de-ionized water, laboratory air, laboratory vacuum, localized gas, emergency eyewash and showers, security access control and specialized lighting controls.
