This innovative math and science facility combines high‑capacity learning spaces, smart building technology, and inspired design to support the next generation of STEM education.
This 65,000 SF, three‑story academic building, delivered using the Design‑Bid‑Build model, expands math and science instruction with 14 classrooms, 13 life and physical science laboratories, and dedicated faculty and staff offices. Designed to support growing enrollment, the facility enhances learning through modern instructional spaces, integrated technology, and smart building systems, including motion‑sensitive lighting and environmental controls. The building’s design is enriched by public art and architectural elements inspired by natural forms such as the nautilus shell and DNA’s double helix, creating a distinctive and engaging academic environment.
