The $60.5M renovation of the Nicholson Pavilion transformed it into a modern, state-of-the-art facility for Central Washington University’s health education programs.
Renovations enhanced the capabilities of this multi-faceted building, from physical education, physical activities, sports management, and dance. Updates were also made to the performance gym/convocation center, locker-rooms, along with Nicholson Pavilion classrooms, offices, and meeting spaces. Additionally, we replaced the cathodic protection system for the roof’s signature cable structure.
