Nicholson Pavilion was transformed into a high‑performance, multi‑use campus destination that supports health education, athletics, and large‑scale university events.
Central Washington University’s Nicholson Pavilion renovation repositioned the facility as a modern center for health, sport, and movement-based education. The project upgraded major program spaces, including the performance gym and convocation center, classrooms, offices, locker rooms, and meeting areas, while adding new office and field house expansions and improving public entry and gathering zones. Targeted demolition, infrastructure improvements, and site enhancements supported a flexible, high-performing facility designed to serve academic, athletic, and campus-wide needs.
