Wenatchee Valley College Mish ee twie (Wells Hall Replacement)

Mish ee twie serves as a campus and community anchor, bringing together academic instruction, civic services, and shared spaces within a single, purpose‑driven facility.
Located on the Wenatchee Valley College campus, this new 73,935‑SF, three‑story academic facility replaces the former Wells Hall Wings 1–4 and was delivered using the Design‑Bid‑Build delivery model to support modern instructional and community needs. The building houses 25 classrooms, program and instructor offices, the Maguire Conference Center, and the Chelan County Emergency Operations Center, accommodating a wide range of academic and public functions. Named Mish ee twie, the facility honors Gloria L. Atkins, a respected tribal elder and higher education advocate whose more than 45 years of service as Colville Tribes Higher Education Director expanded educational access and opportunity for generations of students across the region.
