Auburn High School

A multi-phase modernization and reconstruction project delivering new academic, arts, and CTE learning spaces for Auburn High School.

We completed the Auburn High School Modernization and Reconstruction project in two phases. Phase one included construction of the main classroom building, commons, kitchen, and career and technical education spaces, allowing students and staff to move into a new facility along East Main Street. Phase two focused on physical education, music, performing arts, and the Performing Arts Center, rounding out key instructional and extracurricular spaces on campus.

The project was designed to create an energy‑efficient, cost‑effective, and technologically updated school environment that supports current educational needs. The Performing Arts Center seats up to 1,000 guests and includes a renovated lobby, indoor loading dock, support spaces, a full fly loft, an orchestra pit, and controlled entry. Career and Technical Education spaces support certified programs in auto shop, woodshop, welding, and culinary arts, with students gaining hands‑on experience through an on‑campus café and work in the school’s commercial kitchen. The project was delivered using a Design‑Bid‑Build approach.
