Cascade High School
A complex, occupied campus modernization delivering new academic and student spaces while ensuring safe, uninterrupted school operations.
The project, delivered using a design-bid-build approach, included demolition of existing classrooms and administrative areas, followed by construction of a new 56,000 SF, two-story academic wing featuring art rooms, a library, and offices. Additional scope included a new kitchen, a 500-seat auditorium, and upgrades to two existing gymnasiums and locker rooms. All work was completed while the high school remained occupied, requiring careful planning and coordination to maintain a safe and functional learning environment throughout construction.
