Sacajawea Middle School

Sacajawea Middle School was replaced with a new 140,000 SF facility constructed on the north side of an occupied campus and delivered through a carefully phased approach. The project was completed in three major phases, early site work, new school construction, and demolition and field development, allowing classes to continue throughout. Designed to serve more than 800 students, the new school includes 40 flexible classrooms, a commercial kitchen, administration offices, a gymnasium, a workout facility, CTE spaces, and dedicated music and art rooms. The project team prioritized safety and coordination on the constrained, high-visibility site to safeguard students, staff, construction workers, and the surrounding community.
