Timberline Middle School

Part of a multi-school program success leveraging a coordinated, efficiency-focused approach to deliver high-quality learning environments.
The 134,762 SF middle school, built for the Lake Washington School District, serves 900 students in grades 6–8 and includes 24 classrooms along with spaces for arts, sciences, CTE, athletics, and community use. Constructed with steel framing, CMU, and architectural concrete, the facility balances academic and public spaces while supporting community access to the commons, gym, and outdoor amenities. Delivered in a residential area and concurrent with another school project, the work required careful logistics, early planning, and coordination, resulting in efficient delivery and $1.5M in returned savings for district enhancements.
