A modern, state-of-the-art elementary school delivering innovative learning spaces on a constrained, environmentally sensitive site through strategic planning and phased construction.
The 82,000 SF Harriet Rowley Elementary School is a two-story, state-of-the-art facility serving 618 K–5 students on a constrained, environmentally sensitive site. The school includes 26 classrooms, a library, gym, cafeteria, and specialized learning spaces, along with outdoor play and learning areas. Construction required careful phasing around wetlands and moisture-sensitive soils, early site work to maximize dry-weather conditions, and strategic bid packaging to manage cost escalation, resulting in a highly efficient and modern learning environment.
