Snohomish High School

A multi-phase campus transformation combining historic renovation and new construction within an active school environment.
The Snohomish School District implemented a bond-funded program to address rapid growth, combining multiple school projects and selecting a program-wide approach to deliver three schools concurrently. As the cornerstone of this effort, the 253,500 SF Snohomish High School modernization involved a complex, multi-phase GC/CM project within an active campus and residential neighborhood. The work included renovation of a historic 1938 classroom building, upgrades to occupied facilities, and construction of new spaces such as a career tech center, auxiliary gym, library, performing arts center, and athletic facilities, along with demolition and abatement of older structures. Strategic coordination, strong subcontractor engagement, and early procurement allowed the team to manage cost escalation and deliver a modernized campus serving 1,200 students.
